MIXERS AND AUTOMATIC DISPENSERS

The ELCOFAST system is complemented by modular, latest generation, automatic dispenser and agitators, meeting the stringent European safety requirements, that maintain the base colors at optimum viscosity, facilitating the dispensing operations and mixing goods.

SPECTROPHOTOMETER

Available on request, the spectrophotometer is the ideal tool for quality control and compliance of colors. Equipped with a dedicated software, allows the color sample reading and its translation into the formula. The spectrophotometer makes perfect the ELCOFAST system: even more precision and reliability.

SOFTWARE

To complete the tinting system, dedicated software that provides access to thousands of formulations of ELCOFAST color charts and numerous auxiliary services. Among them, the automatic calculation of the cost, both standard and optimized, the safety information of the products, the formula management, even customized, the automatic correction in case of weighing error as well as the display and printing of the data sheets and risk labels.

COLORIMETRIC REFERENCES

With ELCOFAST all the shades required by the market can be reproduced: RAL references, industrial vehicles, agricultural machinery, corporations, oil industries and public services. These are supplemented by the CHROMACOLOR color tool, a sampling of the most popular shades in the areas of general industry and truck refinishing: 2500 shades, divided into color card selections and arranged in chromatic scale.
